Some of the most efficient and hard working professionals I've met in Bozeman. I was VERY impressed. Showed up right on time, took great care of all my belongings, and even took the time to help move things around that were not going in the truck. Friendly and caring with my dog, who is a tad nosy. Cannot say enough.

Grant and Will were absolutely awesome! Grant kept in touch from the first quote to the morning of our move and we felt like we were always in great hands and that RightMove's prices are incredibly fair. They were both super professional, were a joy to work with and they got everything done above and beyond. Grant and his team moved us from downtown Bozeman to Denver, and it was seamless. They were very careful with all our belongings, and nothing was broken, which has rarely happened with other companies (having moved across state lines many times with antiques). Plus, for the same price as a big van line, they got us there in two days. Granted, we were already carefully packed and ready for them when they arrived on time at 8 a.m., but they were done loading the truck before noon. We met them in Colorado the next day around 1 p.m., and they were done unloading the truck in four hours. Moreover, on that second day, they had to climb two flights of stairs in blazing 90-degree heat. I have never had such an easy, worry-free experience with a moving company.

Worked with Grant on an in town move here in Bozeman. Leading up to the day of the move Grant was great in communicating with me as we dialed in the details and made sure everything was ready to go. The day of the move the crew showed up right on time and couldn't have been more professional and great to deal with. Loaded everything up without issue and made sure to protect and secure everything in the truck to avoid any damage. Unloading went great as well - the guys made sure they understood where I needed to put things and even helped move a few things around at the end to ensure we got the large items in the right spot in our new home. Can't recommend them enough and while I hope to not move again for a very long time, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I have used this service several times, I have found them to be very careful and respectful. They show up on time and prepared to handle whatever you need them to move with the utmost efficiency, Grant responded quickly to my call and has excellent communication skills.

My wife and I had planned on moving last month to another state 700 miles away. The local franchise for a national moving company gave us an estimate that was way beyond our means. Our realtor told us she had clients that were extremely satisfied with Grant Lail and his company, The Right Move. Checking it out, we found that Grant's clients had only very good things to say about their experiences with The Right Move. We signed up, set a date and waited for Grant and his crew to arrive, which they did, on the dot.

We have a lot of stuff, collected over a lifetime, all of which was treated with great care and respect. The crew did a superb job of wrapping all items, taking extra care with fragile treasures, packing everything into cartons and accurately labelling contents. That took less than two days. Loading the truck took another half-day, but in the end everything was tied securely in place. Because we had so many books and odds and ends, Grant had to bring in a smaller truck to take the overflow. We were charged for the extra cost of driving the second truck to our new home, but it was very reasonable additional cost.

At our destination, we found no breakage or any other damage. For efficiency, professionalism, care for client's goods, responsible attitude and courteous demeanor, we would very highly recommend Grant Lail and The Right Move for any household move.

My sister and I used The Right Move to help us move our mom. Grant and his team did a fantastic job and were very efficient, professional, and went above and beyond! The Right Move was contracted by Golden Gate Relocation to deliver my household goods. While I would NOT recommend Golden Gate, I would without reservation recommend The Right Move. These guys went above and beyond with delivering my stuff, unwrapping it, putting it together and placing it where I wanted in a 3 story house without complaint! Professional, cheerful, and even helpful with moving items that, contractually, they didn't have to assist. 5 stars isn't enough - 17 stars would be appropriate!

Grant and his team were extremely professional and respectful of our belongings and home. They padded the door frame and took off their shoes so as not to damage/dirty our new home. They also helped us assemble furniture. Highly recommend!

I have personally worked with 3-4 different movers in the Bozeman area. The Right Move is by far and away the most professional, most helpful & most courteous group of movers in the Gallatin Valley.

These guys are awesome. I originally scheduled an unload for 6/2/23. Due to some unforeseen events, I had to move a week earlier, over Memorial weekend. I knew it was last minute but Grant was able to reschedule and have a crew available to help unload my truck. Joel and James did an awesome job. Quick, professional, and even stuck around to help fold up about 50 moving blankets.

Our experience with The Right Move was nothing but positive from the first phone call to the last hug goodbye. Grant was helpful scheduling our loading up in Livingston and we were so happy to learn that he and his crew would be available to unload us in Missoula. They were extremely careful with our goods and loaded and unloaded efficiently. Grant, Jose, and Will worked together like a well oiled machine. We had some heavy stuff! They know what they're doing, and if you know what you're doing you'll give The Right Move a call when you need the best movers.

I recently had an amazing experience with Grant and his company The Right Move. I needed help moving because of a lower back injury. So glad that I got connected with Grant through the Nextdoor app. Right off the bat, I found him kind, professional and detail oriented. He was responsive and thorough with regards to my logistics questions before the move. The day of the move he was timely and brought a great helper. The two men worked efficiently and packed up the truck expertly using tie downs. Nothing moved an inch between the two houses. I wish I took a photo of the truck - it was beautifully secured. My furniture and items were loaded and unloaded without a scratch using various moving tools including pads for the doorways to prevent damage. They brought their own high quality equipment and all I needed to rent were some inexpensive furniture pads. Amazing value, great experience and I'd highly recommend The Right Move to anyone who would like a professional and expert moving experience.
Also to note, I needed some follow up moving help with furniture and Grant and another excellent helper were able to come by and assist that very day. All was taken care of in short order.

Grant and Wings were amazing help in my unloading and assembly at my new shop in Livingston. They handles everything with care and used the time left on our agreement to assemble a shelving unit. I will definitely be using them in the future.

After previous companies scratched floors, damaged furniture and couldn't have a care in the world for us, I was just going to do a U-Haul on my own for this move. I really didn't want to but I didn't know what to do; no one could recommend a good moving company. I saw The Right Move on U-Haul's website and gave them a call. Grant was so kind and communicative from the beginning and provided me with resources to show his professionalism and calm my fears. (for comparison, other companies I contacted had no follow through even when asking for pictures they would never respond after initial call) On the day of our move he showed up early to get ready and assess what we had. We had the pleasure of also working with José and Wings that day. All of my furniture was thoroughly protected and wrapped, no damage to anything. Even some of my dinky pieces that I wouldn't have noticed damage on they treated with care. They even spent the time to disassemble and reassemble our bed frames and help us put together our sectional couch. I almost couldn't believe it was real having a company actually take care of us and do everything. It was hard for me not to want to step in because I wasn't used to
that level of care. Grant and his team are really making a change in the industry. You won't regret choosing them.

Grant helped me out with my U-Haul U-Box and I'm so happy to have picked The Right Move! He worked with U-Haul early to know exactly when the box would be ready, and he had great communication throughout the whole process. He even offered to work around my schedule for the pickup/dropoff, and he arrived exactly at the time he stated. The box was a tight squeeze in our townhouse driveway but he made it work like a true pro. Thanks again, Grant!

Both Grant and Wings were very friendly and provided excellent communication prior to arrival, as well as competent and careful help unloading our U-Haul with no damage. They also were able to adapt and adjust as we dealt with the logistics of moving into a house which was 200 square feet smaller than advertised. A+ service all the way.
